RAI 2025: Celebration, Connection, and Meaning on Intercroma’s 30th Anniversary

On Friday, April 11, we held another special edition of RAI – our Alignment and Integration Meeting. This event was all about celebrating Intercroma’s 30-year journey, filled with meaning, emotion, and connection.

Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and each moment reflected the essence of our story. We had team-building activities, time in nature, an Easter surprise, raffles and personalized gifts, a traditional feijoada lunch, and lots of laughter, great conversations, and unforgettable memories.

Team-building activity:Our main dynamic was a creative challenge that tested our communication, collaboration, and leadership. Each team had to recreate a clown using modeling clay—but with a twist: only the team leader could see the original image and give instructions without touching the clay. It was a fun and eye-opening experience. In the end, we were reminded that when everyone gets involved, the journey becomes lighter—and the results, more meaningful.

Mental wellness matters too:Beyond the excitement, RAI 2025 also gave us time to slow down. We experienced a guided “Forest Bathing” session led by pharmacist and therapist Ana Carla Prade. It was an invitation to truly listen—to nature, and to ourselves—in a moment of stillness and reflection.

Quiz and giveaways:There was also room for fun and learning! We hosted a trivia game about Intercroma’s history, with prizes for the winners. To top it off, each team member received a custom umbrella as a keepsake from this special day.

Easter visit:A surprise guest brought joy to everyone—our very own Easter Bunny! He showed up with hugs, sweet treats, and smiles for all the employees and their children.

Building the future, together:RAI 2025 was more than just a celebration. It was a powerful moment to honor our journey, strengthen our culture, and reaffirm our commitment to growing together—with purpose, connection, and positive energy.
